If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the Philippines in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent jlspin from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests.
jlspin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
